The skin is usually classified as oily, dry or sensitive. However some people may also have combination skin. Combination skin means that your skin is oily in certain area for instance T zone and normal on rest of the face. So to find out your exact skin type gently wash your face and leave it without applying anything. You’ll get to know whether it's oily,Dry or normal.

Don't use products with harsh chemicals. Treat your skin gently with extra care and avoid using cleansers that contain strong chemicals and substances. Only use products that are specifically labelled as for sensitive skin type.

There may be many possible reasons for having an uneven skin tone, ranging from sun exposure to hormonal imbalance or buildup of dead skin cells. Using serums and creams having Vit C can help get rid of uneven skin tone. However if it is due to the buildup of dead skin cells, exfoliation is the best solution. Try to exfoliate your skin every couple of days or twice weekly.

Well sometimes you cannot say anything without trying the product. But try to read the product labels and ingredients present in it so that it does nor irritate your skin. If your skin is very sensitive then only go for the products that have mentioned specifically for sensitive skin types.

The rituals of skincare include wearing sunscreen as it protects your skin from tanning, secondly cleansing with a face wash to deeply clean the pores. Thirdly it is very important to keep your skin hydrated and moisturised with a good source of moisturiser and a serum.
